Information We Collect
To register and manage internet subscriptions, the app collects client names, phone numbers, unique subscriber IDs, package limits, and activation timestamps.
IP addresses, MAC addresses of connected client devices, gateway information, bandwidth usage telemetry, and connection uptime details are processed to manage network access control.
- Network State & Wi-Fi: To read local network topology and communicate with router gateways.
- Storage: To store client details locally in an encrypted Drift SQLite database for offline compatibility.
- Printing: To generate and print subscription receipts and vouchers.
Storage & Synchronization
Our architecture utilizes an Offline-First design. Data entered is securely written directly to your local device database. Once an active internet connection is detected, the app securely syncs the local data using end-to-end encrypted tunnels to the Supabase secure cloud backend.
Security & Protection
We deploy robust industry-standard measures to safeguard your information. Your local database is strictly sandbox-contained on the device, and secure storage solutions are utilized to retain critical API tokens and user keys. We do not sell or lease any collected network information to third parties.
